Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year!
With the Christmas around the corner, I would like to join SalvationDATA staff to celebrate with every client who supports us all the time. Thank you indeed and all best wishes.

SalvationDATA in 2008
We stand alone in our focus on developing the "perfect data recovery solutions," as something that "satisfies different needs from different layers, keep progressing". To that end, we have persistently pursued innovation and refused to accept the limitations of existing models. As a result, we put forward our broad sense data recovery concept and developed our breakthrough ShadowDisk and Analog technology which changed the approach and depth data recoveries are conducted.

1. Data Compass, adopted an original technology in the world known as ShadowDisk and SA Analog. Data Compass not only provides data recovery professionals with faster, more effective and accurate data recovery and data extraction equipment, but also is an advanced solution for forensics professionals who are facing more and more complicated low-level situations, which means a new page to this industry.

2. HD Doctor remains up-to-date. The latest version of HD Doctor has been the first and the only solution supports Barracuda 7200.11; as Hitachi announcing new models of hard drives, those new models were kept being added to our support list timely; also lots of useful functions for HD repair and data recovery were added for WD drives. We are happy to see all these efforts made help our customers in solving their problems. In 2008, we have worked out and released at least 15 functional upgrades; and it is worth mentioning that all the upgrades were free for all our clients. We do what others cannot do and keep our promise: Customer First.

3. HPE PRO, being the unique, reliable and affordable drive disassembling equipment, has been very popular and loved by data recovery professionals. Its upgrade version, HPE SP, which supports platter exchange from the drive with spacers between platters, will be released on March, 2009.

SalvationDATA is side by side with you in the tough moment.
In 2008, we experienced the 5.12 Richter Scale 8 Earthquake which shocked the world. SalvationDATA was fighting in the very front, salvaging data for enterprises and governments, a great deal of economic losses were saved before they really happened. By experiencing such a disaster, we became much more eager about technology development which could be more helpful in front of such kind of events.

With the 2008 financial crises, the world is trapped in the damp. A wide variety of enterprises are stricken by the blows. SalvationDATA, by adjusting our working hours, provides real-time technical support and services to our customers to help them to provide better services to their client, so as to be more competitive; while in the meantime, we provide a fluctuating exchange rate for the payment of our products, so clients can at least cut down their loss in exchange.

We are looking for new perspectives in the coming year.
Of course, SalvationDATA never looks back on the past achievements; instead we face up to the challenge of the future technology development. We will use our unassailable technology advantages to ensure the potential or existing customers: SalvationDATA is your best choice.

To fulfill the market requirement, SalvationDATA will release hard drive recovery solution for Samsung and Toshiba drives in 2009. These two products will be the unique comprehensive equipments works for data recovery from damaged Samsung and Toshiba hard drives.

SalvationDATA has been fully aware of that SSD (solid state drive) will become a new trend of storage media. We have been preparing a new solution for SSD repair and data recovery which will absolute be a unique and global leading product.

As the RAID technology has been well applied in the world, there are dozens of software out there for RAID data recovery; in most cases, a third party computer is required for operation; what’s more, users need to perform a series of complicated configurations and certain expertise is required. SalvationDATA is to release professional equipment for RAID data recovery with automatic design, which allows users to perform RAID data recovery by pressing a start button only.

Other future products of SalvationDATA in 2009 include: portable 4.5G/M high-speed disk imaging equipment, flash data recovery equipment, safety SSD and power supply of high precision specially designed for data recovery use, etc.

New R&D center of SalvationDATA will be established in next year. The new headquarter of SalvationDATA covers 10,000 square meters, with 5,000 square meters working area. With a better working environment, we are sure that we can attract more field talents to work in SalvationDATA to provide advanced products and better service to our customers.

Service Improvement Project
To better communicate and listen to our customers, SalvationDATA has launched a service improvement project since 2008 and received a series of positive effects. In 2009, we will go deeper for it. A large size training project will be launched at home (Beijing, Shanghai, Shenzhen, Nanjing and Chengdu) and abroad (US, Canada, UK, Italia, India, and Australia). It will be mainly about data recovery and hard drive repair theory and skills in practice. SalvationDATA will be there with its technicians and R&D engineers to provide more comprehensive and detailed services.

We will step up to a brand new stage. As challenge combines opportunity, difficult accompany hope, let’s face it. No matter how difficult it was, it is or it will be, nothing can stop us.

New HPE SP (HPE for HDD with spacers) is to be released in March, 2009

HD HPE PRO will be replaced by HPE SP. This new product, with all the original capabilities of the old version HPE being remained, a newly designed platter exchanger was adapted to replace the old one, which allows users to work on hard drives with spacers between platters.

HPE SP is made of metal alloy and has had the quality and stability improved. Today we have received the sample from the factory:

The official version of HPE SP will be available in March, 2009. For old users of our HD HPE PRO, they need only to purchase the new Platter Exchanger (1 for the 3.5″HDD with spacers or without) to upgrade from HPE PRO to HPE SP.
